Terms and Conditions

  1. Diagnostic consultations and therapeutic sessions begin at the agreed time. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of children waiting for sessions.
  2. If the therapist is late for an appointment with a client, the appointment will be extended by the length of the delay.
  3. If the client is late for an appointment, the session will be shortened by the length of the delay without any change in the fee. If the client is late for a session, the therapist is not obliged to extend it. Extending the session by the amount of time the client is late is only possible if the therapist has been informed in advance of the client’s lateness and has a sufficiently long break before the next scheduled client arrives. The therapist decides whether to extend the session.
  4. Parents/guardians undertake to collect their child at the agreed time after the end of the therapy session.
  5. Fees for therapy services are charged according to the price list published on the website.
  6. Payments for therapy, consultation and diagnosis can be made after each session with the therapist or by bank transfer, provided that the payment is credited before the session. Those interested in receiving an invoice are asked to provide this information at the first meeting. Invoices for a given month are issued at the beginning of the following month.
  7. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify the instructor by sending an SMS message to 0031 616 827 302 at least 24 hours before the start of the class. If you fail to notify us of your absence by the specified time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the single therapy fee at the next meeting.
  8. If the therapist cancels the class, it may be rescheduled to another date agreed with the client.
  9. If the client fails to cancel the appointment three times in a row, the regular appointment they have booked will be cancelled (except in the case of a prolonged illness, which the parent has previously informed the therapist about).
